By far the best Cappuccino cafe in Mallorca.

In Mallorca there is a lot of coffe shops called Cappuccino. In fact this chain was originated here and now is arround the world, now it has opened a shop in Port of Pollensa in the classic hotel Hotel Sis Pins.

By far is the best of all the Cappuccinos. To know why is so nice you will have to visit yourself, is worth a visit when you go to the port.

Mallorca Pearls

The most famous Mallorca Pearls are called Majorica and they used to be made in Manacor, they are known all arround the world for centuries.

Unlukily for some years now they do not have the factory in Mallorca any more so you can not visit, but there is another factory you can visit, it is the factory of Orquidea Pearls near Montuiri. You can visit from

9 – 19:00 but on the summer they are only working till 16:30

It is not the same than Majorica but.. is the only option now.

Another great option for Sunday is to ride on the touristic bus. I always say that Palma is a city that is best seen by foot, but sometimes there is nothing to do on Sunday and ride the bus can be a really good option.

Castell de Bellver open and free of charge on Sunday

The Castell de Bellver is closed only on Monday (is reserved for agencies and turoperators) but is open for the public on Sunday and it is great because most things are closed on Sunday.

The castle is open on Sunday, but not the museum inside (museum of the city of Palma)

The views are the best of the castle, you can see the whole city of Palma

The castle is connected by bus 3 (stops down from the hill of the castle), and bus 50 (touristic bus) (cost 18.73 the ticket)

Cloister of Sant Francesc
